The Change Collective is Johnson Recruitment’s flagship event series. Created as a space for thoughtful discussion and peer connection, The Change Collective brings together female leaders from across the community services, social purpose, and health and medical sectors.

Each event explores contemporary leadership and workforce challenges, with a focus on practical insight, shared experience and collective learning through expert speakers. We facilitate an open discussion and a meaningful networking experience.
