About Johnson Recruitment

Who we are

Johnson Recruitment supports the Community Services, Social Purpose, Health & Medical sectors through recruitment and HR consulting services, working with commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

Established to benefit lives and strengthen communities, we elevate teams through the recruitment of permanent and temporary, entry level to executive roles. We are proud to help our clients create high performing teams to enable them to do their important work, and job seekers to achieve their career goals.

We believe that small actions can create big change. We strive to serve our community and champion causes that are close to our hearts. Many of our consultants have an unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience of their sectors, so supporting important causes isn’t asked of them, it’s driven by them.
