Over the past three years especially, practices have operated within a uniquely competitive employment market. The Australian skills shortage has been widely reported, particularly referencing Dental and Healthcare. I hear you\u2026 recruitment has been challenging!<\/span><\/p>\n

After a difficult 2023 which followed a very difficult 2022, we have noticed renewed energy from our clients and pleasingly candidates are returning to the jobs market. There is an increase in the number of quality job seekers across the dental sector, and it is evident there is motivation to make 2024 \u2018the year of career change\u2019 for most role types. We are experiencing more applications and quicker end-to-end recruitment processes. I am expecting heavy demand for temporary\/contract staff to remain throughout the year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
