Cheryl – Practice Manager Candidate

I wanted to say thanks – 7 months in and I’m loving the role and particularly appreciate the owners’ management style. It has taken some time to get used to the autonomy they have given me, but we are looking forward to doing bigger and better things in 2021. So I wanted to formally say thank you, your judgement on our personality types was spot on, and is building (I hope!) a mutually beneficial relationship for us all.
